KITCHEN ESSENTIALS 101 COOKING BASICS
Whether you are a beginner or home cook with a desire to expand your knowledge base. Our Cooking Essentials is for you! Join us as we take you through the Knife Skills from Paring knife to Chef's Knives. Each knife is designed for a particular purpose this class will provide you with the essentials for your own kitchen.
We will teach you to slice, dice, chop and Chiffonade the way professional Chefs do every day.
Join us as we prepare Chicken Supreme with a seasonal vegetable Risotto and a seasonal green salad with just the right dressing. You will also prepare a Chocolate Mousse
This is great for college students, Newlyweds, singles, or if you want to brush up on your cooking! Bring a bottle of wine it's a fun evening for all!

Introducing our newest class offering at DESIGNER APPLIANCES in upper Montclair.
Your Teen Chef will learn life long skills and techniques or become more proficient to create, share and dine with other like minded teens who desire to chop, sear and saute' their way into a delicious dinner party!
Our menu: flatbread with goat cheese, arugula and blistered grape tomatoes , (Optional) berkshire bacon, a Seasonal Vegetable Risotto and Moroccan Chicken Taigine. Don't miss this extraordinary opportunity. Your Teen Chefs will be guided by our Professional Chef Instructors.
