We at MCA are counting down to Spring! Join us as we grab our grill plate and create delicious, gourmet dishes from around the globe!
We begin with Charred Stuffed Peppers with Frekkah and Artichoke from Greece.
Then we will Grill Aubergine, French lentils and Okra in a light curry sauce to make Korma from India
with a freshly baked Naan
We round out our offerings with a scrumptious Baked Cauliflower and Goat Cheese Souffle
A Spring Greens Salad is always in order with our freshly prepared vinegarette .
And for our fantastic dessert...Chocolate Lava Cakes with Cocoa from Columbia!

Brazil is famous for their winning Soccer team, the beautiful beaches and bikini clad women, but did you know they have some of the best steakhouses the world over. Portuguese culture and flavors are evident in every dish throughout the many regions of this South American wonderland. Join us for a classically Brazilian cooking class as we explore the tastes of Rio and San Paulo Brazil!
On the Menu: Pao de Queijo Gluten Free Cheese bread, Plantain and Yucca, grilled Skirt Steak, Chimichurri sauce, Hand made brigaderios!

Introducing our newest class offering at DESIGNER APPLIANCES in upper Montclair.
Your Teen Chef will learn life long skills and techniques or become more proficient to create, share and dine with other like minded teens who desire to chop, sear and saute' their way into a delicious dinner party!
Our menu: flatbread with goat cheese, arugula and blistered grape tomatoes , (Optional) berkshire bacon, a Seasonal Vegetable Risotto and Moroccan Chicken Taigine. Don't miss this extraordinary opportunity. Your Teen Chefs will be guided by our Professional Chef Instructors.
