Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, and meats. Traditional Korean meals are named for the number of side dishes (; banchan) that accompany steam-cooked short-grain rice. Kimchi is served at nearly every meal.

In this traditional Korean cooking class we will focus on knife skills and cooking techniques that make Korean food so memorable.  The combination of sweet, sour, salt and spice brings new meaning to healthy & delicious !  This class is GF
