Sushi has been a traditional staple throughout Japan and Korea, and Hawaiians get credit for the creation of Poke'. Throughout Southeast Asia fish and rice has been enjoyed for centuries.
Our Chef/Instructors will guide you through the preparation of sushi rice, types of fish and seafood used for sushi, as well as the preparation of miso soup and salad with house made carrot ginger dressing.
You will create Makki rolls, Tekka Maki, Tuna, Salmon, Masago, Eel Avocado rolls and many other variations. We will also prepare a Poke' bowl with pickled vegetables.
