This week of culinary camp explores the wonderful flavors of Chile, Peru, Columbia, and Ecuadorian cultural dishes. Savory and sweet are apart of the Central and South American food landscape.
Jr. Chefs will learn techniques for making Corn tortillas and fresh Plantains, Tamales, and many authentic sauces.
Knife Skills and Kitchen Safety are taught and reviewed each day.
*Lunch and snacks are included each day. Comfortable clothing, sneakers, NO FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN SHOES WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE KITCHEN.
