Our Chef/Instructors will provide a Knife Skills lesson, as we do for each of our classes. We will guide you through prep, cooking and seasoning for each course. Feel free to ask questions as we cook. It's a great way to get familiar with classical french cooking. No experience is ever required at MCA!
