Stop by for this impromptu dinner party where anything can happen. Throw on an apron and cook with the Chefs, relax at our Communal Dining Table and just enjoy a glass of wine, appetizers and chat! Anything goes at this drop in dinner party!

Join us for a fabulous evening that's a departure from the ordinary dining experience. We begin with the all important knife skills. We will slice, dice, chop and chiffonade to achieve our goal of perfectly prepared ingredients.
'Adult cooking' is a fun and festive way to make new friends, spend time with old friends while cooking together in our state of the art kitchen studio, enjoy great beverages and hands on cooking with our Chef /Owner Karan Fischer.
Chef Karan will teach you how to achieve a great sear on stuffed Tenderloin braised with Bourbon. Roasted Cauliflower with garlic - turmeric rub brings an earthy flavor that is heaven on a plate. Learn Chef techniques and short cuts in achieving your culinary goals in your own kitchen!
We begin with our Appetizer course: Caramelized Leeks and goat cheese tarts
Entree' Course: Stuffed tenderloin of beef
Vegetables: Roasted Cauliflower with garlic and turmeric
Dessert: Mini Caramel apple crumble tartans

Adult Night 'Sip & Cook'
Taste of Morocco & Algiers-Targine Cooking

Join us as we explore the exquisite flavors of Moroccan cuisine. Moroccan food is typically a mix of Andalusian, Berber and Mediterranean influences as well a European and Subsaharan spices and flavors. A truly unique blend.
Mint, olives and saffron, oranges and lemons are some of the ingredients of this region.
We will prepare a cultural dish with chicken and lamb, seasonal vegetable and a deeply flavorful sauce utilizing the the herbs and spices of the region. Cooking in a traditional Targine clay pot is all part of the fun and excitement for the evening!
Salads of fruits and greens, as well as a dessert made with flakey pastry, dried and fresh fruits and organic honey are part of the evenings menu.
This class will fill up, so don't delay, and as always~ BYOB

As the weather outside chills down. Things are heating up at Montclair Culinary, our Chefs will fire up the evening for our 'Sip & Cook' Menu! We will teach you how delicious a Thursday night can be! On the menu:
Sweet and tender Mussels Moulinier in our herb butter sauce and Sauvignon Blanc finish.

*Chicken Marbella with olives and figs cooked in a fruity oak cast Chardonnay

This class will be hands-on instruction with Chefs. Each class begins with Knife Skills.
